Okay, so it's not famous. But it is a little blue, 'specially around the knuckle. And looks like a small pink sausage. I did a job on my right ring finger last night. Jammed my hand into the stage as I was rolling backwards in a somersault. This during the fight scene, which we blocked the other night and which is so much fun. In the spirit of collaboration, several of my suggestions were accepted, the somersault being one of them. I have practically no experience with stage combat, so to be able to throw myself around with abandon and beat the crap out of someone else in the bargain is just a ton of fun.
Yep, rehearsals are still going really well, minor injuries aside.
My brother-in-law is up from Florida, and will be escorting my mother-in-law back down there later next week. Things will be a little easier on Huz, as the neighbors told him they'd feed the cats and look after the mail. Maybe he'll be able to do some taking care of himself for a change, get himself to the doctor and such.
*sigh* My last day off for a while. I could easily get used to this "not working" thing. Anyone hear of an opening for a "lady of leisure" let me know, eh?
I received two potential hairpieces for the show in the mail today. Same company, same color swatch number. Two totally different shades of red! 'Splain that, Loocy! Good thing the one I like is in the "right" color. I'm still tempted to use my own hair for the show. We'll see. I still have two more hairpieces on their way.
Must run...another Garcia Girls (third-to-last one!) this afternoon.
