I am so, so, so very, very happy that I get to sleep in tomorrow (or today, depending on how you look at it). I am also happy that I had a really good voice lesson today, vocalizing all the way up to a high E, and then capped it off with singing a little opera stuff, some of which I hadn't touched since high school. Figaro, Don Giovanni, and then funfed my way through "O mio babbino caro." Sight read the Italian better than the actual notes - The Light in the Piazza served me well!
