Glasses of V-8 with Extra-Special Added Anti-Oxidants imbibed: 1 (the night is young, people!) Damn change of seasons. Damn lulling-me-into-a-false-sense-of-summer perfect Florida weather. Damn crappy workout on the fency-schmency new Precor ellipticals at the gym that literally broke my stride. Damn me for being so stupid as to then attempt to run a bit more on the treadmill, exhausting myself in the process. Vacation, Part II is still to come.
